In the early morning of Thursday, July 28, 2022, heavy rainfall hit parts of Eastern Kentucky resulting in a wide spread and record flooding. The flooding has resulted in 30 fatalities, with many others still missing. PH has partnered with a local contractor who is willing to do the labor to rebuild two small homes that were a total loss and some repairs to some that has suffered damages, but PH must purchase the materials to do so.
