REQUIRMENTS TO QUALIFY:

Age 60 or older, living in OWSLEY County
-
Monthly household income cannot exceed:
-
1 person household- $1,580/month​
-
2 person household- $2,137/month
-
3 person household- $2,694/month
-
For each additional household member, add $557
-

Bring ID and recent income verification

If a participant misses 3 months in a row, they will be removed from the program and will have to re-enroll.

HOME REHABILITATION
PROGRAM
Since 2012, we have completed approximately 350 minor to major rehabilitation projects that ranged from $5,000 to $65,000 per project and included financing from multiple funders.

RENTALS
We currently have thirteen (13) rental duplexes. Our units are designed to provide accessible, energy efficient, affordable housing for low-income families. We currently have very little turnover in our rental units, therefore, units are usually occupied. We do, however, maintain a waiting list.
