Recognizing the enormity of the challenges our society faces, Partnership Housing, Inc. is partnered with God's Pantry and provides foods for Owsley County residents who meet the below qualifications.

REQUIRMENTS TO QUALIFY:

  • Age 60 or older, living in OWSLEY County

  • Monthly household income cannot exceed:

    • 1 person household- $1,580/month​

    • 2 person household- $2,137/month

    • 3 person household- $2,694/month

    • For each additional household member, add $557

            TO ENROLL:

  • Bring ID and recent income verification

  • If a participant misses 3 months in a row, they will be removed from the program and will have to re-enroll.

Affordable repairs, upgrades & improvements

*REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR OUR HOMEBUYER OR HOME REHABILITATION PROGRAM*

 

  • Proof of Income, if employed- last 8 pay stubs & SNAP benefits (Date within last 6 months)

  • 3 sources of Alternative Credit w/ 12 month payment history

  • Bank Statements (last 4 months)

  • Picture ID (Anyone over 18 years of age in household)

  • Social Security card (everyone in household)

  • Deed (if you own property)

  • If divorced, copy of divorce decree, if widowed-copy of death certificate

  • PVA Card/Map (Located in Courthouse PVA Office)

  • Last 2 years Income Tax Forms (If you file taxes)

  • $25.00 Money Order Fee (Homebuyer ONLY)

Since 2012, we have completed approximately 350 minor to major rehabilitation projects that ranged from $5,000 to $65,000 per project and included financing from multiple funders.

RENTALS

We currently have thirteen (13) rental duplexes. Our units are designed to provide accessible, energy efficient, affordable housing for low-income families. We currently have very little turnover in our rental units, therefore, units are usually occupied. We do, however, maintain a waiting list. If you are interested in becoming a    tenant in one of our rental units, please contact:
