Since 2012, we have completed approximately 350 minor to major rehabilitation projects that ranged from $5,000 to $65,000 per project and included financing from multiple funders.

RENTALS
We currently have thirteen (13) rental duplexes. Our units are designed to provide accessible, energy efficient, affordable housing for low-income families. We currently have very little turnover in our rental units, therefore, units are usually occupied. We do, however, maintain a waiting list. If you are interested in becoming a tenant in one of our rental units, please contact:
