Cassie Hudson, Executive Director

Cassie is a graduate of Morehead State University and joined Partnership Housing in 2012. During her tenure she has shown her passion for housing in securing over $21.3 million dollars grant funds, $3.3 million dollars in loan funds and $1 million dollars in local contributions for Owsley County residents. She has administered 429 minor to major home repairs, developed 53 single family energy efficient homes, and 26 energy efficient rental units. She is an active Member of Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council Committee, a Member of Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Housing Policy Advisory Committee (HPAC) and the Chair of the Fahe Kentucky Caucus.​

Stacy Robinson, Housing Coordinator & Counselor

Stacy joined the Partnership Housing team in March 2023. She brings a wealth of knowledge as she has 17 years’ experience in personal loans, tax accounts, bookkeeping and collections. Stacy has processed 42 home rehabs, 1 new construction home and 1 acquisition to rehab and resell to a flood survivor. Since March, she has been instrumental in procuring over $3.5 million in grant funding for low to moderate income families and flood survivors. Stacy’s dedication to her clients and housing motivates her and makes her an asset to the PH team.

Mickayla Mason, Case Manager & Commodities Coordinator

Mickayla joined the Partnership Housing team as Case Manager and Commodities Coordinator, bringing a strong background in social work and community advocacy. She holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW), as well as a Master and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Kentucky.In her role, Mickayla works directly with low to moderate income families to assess needs, coordinate services, and connect clients to housing resources. She also oversees the commodities program, ensuring individuals and families have access to essential goods and supportive services.With a focus on underserved communities, particularly in the Appalachian region, Mickayla is passionate about promoting equity and access to resources. Her commitment to serving families and strengthening communities supports the mission of Partnership Housing.

Hilda Smith, Community Engagement Coordinator, AmeriCorps

Hilda began her career with Partnership Housing 5 years ago. She is a VISTA member and is responsible for organizing volunteer activities. Her background is in commercial lending and customer service. Hilda’s outreach to the community finds people in need and helps them find much needed resources. As part of the grant writing team Hilda has helped procure approx. $8.2 million dollars for housing low to moderate income families.​
